I had Thirstystone coasters, purchased locally. After awhile, they do look bad, using them every day for meals and need to be replaced. Our previous ones had Dogwood blossoms on them. The picture does not wear out, and, they don't chip, the cork on the bottom gets a little darker, not chipped, and the top becomes grayish a little, from use over time. I do not know if they can be rejuvenated. If I pour a glass of water or coffeee, and I have a little spill, I just wipe the table around the stone. For bigger splashes, I wipe the stone and put out a dryer one. They are just to catch dribbles, mainly.
