Coasters arrived promptly and, upon cursory inspection, was quite pleased by their appearance; however, upon opening the box one of the coasters was cracked and broken. Instead of obtaining a replacement for the broken piece, Amazon policy allows only a refund upon return. Too much hassle to return item, get a refund and re-order item. Consequently, I have 75 percent of an order at full price. Alas, I have quality item, but received poor value.

These are the best coasters I've seen. Side by side, this coaster will soak up water that others will leave standing. I'm very happy with this purchase! Also, over the course of almost a year of heavy use, there are no signs of wear on the design.
